Assistent logistiek planner & dispatcher

Dan kan deze functie perfect bij jou passen. Elke dag zorg je er mee voor dat goederen tijdig en correct hun bestemming bereiken.

Je ondersteunt de logistiek planner bij de transportorganisatie en bent een aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en nauwkeurige opvolging loopt alles vlot en kunnen klanten rekenen op een betrouwbare service. Jouw uitdaging Geen enkele dag verloopt volledig hetzelfde.

Je schakelt tussen planning, administratie en communicatie, terwijl je mee waakt over een efficiënte transportwerking.

Je verantwoordelijkheden: Je ondersteunt de logistiek planner bij de dagelijkse organisatie van transporten. Je stelt transportplanningen op en past deze aan waar nodig. Je verwerkt transportopdrachten correct en tijdig administratief. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten en leveranciers. Je volgt leveringen op en grijpt in wanneer zich knelpunten voordoen.

Je ondersteunt bij routeplanning en de inzet van voertuigen.

Je beheert transportdocumenten, attesten en rij- en rusttijden. Je helpt bij de planning van onderhoud en keuringen van het wagenpark. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkprocessen.

Je belt klanten op om te informeren wanneer levering kan, dit geef je dan door aan de planner

Je bent back up van de planner om zelf de planning volledig op te volgen bij afwezigheid Wat breng je mee?

  • Een bachelor-, graduaatsdiploma in bouwrichting of relevante ervaring
  • Ruime kennis van bouwmaterialen is een absolute must. Je bent vertrouwd met de verschillende materialen, afmetingen en tonnages, waardoor je transporten efficiënt kunt inplannen en steeds rekening houdt met laadcapaciteiten, wettelijke voorschriften en een optimale routeplanning.
  • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte aanpak en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Stressbestendig
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office.
