Als assistent planner ondersteun je de dagelijkse transportwerking en zorg je er mee voor dat alles vlot verloopt.

  • Je ondersteunt de planning en de dagelijkse opvolging van de transporten;
  • Je houdt mee overzicht over de beschikbaarheid en inzetbaarheid van de voertuigen;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat trekkers tijdig naar de garage, keuring of andere locaties worden gebracht en opgehaald;
  • Je rijdt indien nodig met trekkers naar verschillende locaties;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de planners, chauffeurs en andere collega's;
  • Je helpt bij praktische en organisatorische taken binnen de transportwerking;
  • Je springt bij waar nodig en denkt mee na over praktische oplossingen;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en draagt bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking.

Werkuren Je werkt doorgaans van 10.00 u tot 18.00 u of 19.00 u, afhankelijk van de planning en de dagelijkse noden. Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen transport of logistiek;
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in transportplanning en wil hierin bijleren;
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs CE of bent bereid om dit op termijn te behalen;
  • Ervaring met trekkers is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en gaat zorgvuldig om met het materieel;
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt een goede werkmentaliteit;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt graag het overzicht;
  • Je denkt mee en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.
