Ben jij vertrouwd met logistieke planning en spreekt de bouwsector jou aan? Voor een solide, dynamisch en bloeiend familiebedrijf met meer dan 100 jaar ervaring in de opslag en levering van kwalitatieve bouwmaterialen zijn we op zoek naar een assistent planner & dispatcher. In deze functie vervul je een cruciale rol in de communicatie, de dagplanning en de praktische ondersteuning van chauffeurs. Je zorgt er samen met het team voor dat goederen vlot en tijdig op de werven aankomen en dat de administratie vlekkeloos verloopt. Zo bouw je mee aan een torenhoge klantentevredenheid!

  • Opleiding & ervaring: Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma, of hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen administratie, klantenservice, logistiek of transportplanning. Relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een vereiste.
  • Affiniteit met bouwmaterialen: Je hebt kennis van of een sterke affiniteit met bouwmaterialen opgebouwd via opleiding of ervaring.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Administratief & IT-vaardig: Je bent administratief sterk, leergierig en hebt een goede kennis van de courante MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Competenties: Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent stressbestendig en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Ondersteuning planning: Je ondersteunt de logistiek planner bij de dagelijkse organisatie, het opstellen, aanpassen en opvolgen van de transportplanning.
  • Administratieve afhandeling: Je staat in voor de administratieve voorbereiding, verwerking en opvolging van transportopdrachten en stelt de nodige dossiers samen.
  • Communicatie & aanspreekpunt: Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten, leveranciers en de verkoopafdeling voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming.
  • Opvolging levertermijnen & wagenpark: Je volgt leveringsschema's op, signaleert knelpunten, helpt bij het inzetten van voertuigen en ondersteunt bij het inplannen van onderhouds- en keuringsmomenten.
  • Chauffeursbegeleiding: Je volgt de activiteiten van chauffeurs op en ondersteunt bij de controle van rij- en rusttijden, attesten en overige transportdocumenten.
  • Proactief meedenken: Je werkt oplossingsgericht bij onverwachte situaties en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen in de transportorganisatie.
