Als Assistent Ploegchef Dooizaal combineer je operationeel werk met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden. Je ondersteunt de ploegchef, werkt actief mee op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces elke dag vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden In deze veelzijdige functie neem je zowel een uitvoerende als ondersteunende rol op binnen de productieomgeving:

  • Zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van machines en installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op: het pekelproces bij de opstart van de productie; de aanvoer en verdeling van goederen aan de dooiband; het dooiproces van afgewerkte bakken.
  • Beheer van de voorraad toevoegmiddelen en aanvullen via een elektrische transpallet.
  • Actief meewerken met het productieteam op de werkvloer.
  • Ondersteunen van de ploegchef en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's.
  • Motiveren en begeleiden van medewerkers om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne binnen de afdeling.

Werktijden Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem: Vroege ploeg: 5u55 - 14u Late ploeg: 14u - 22u05 Tijdens je opleidingsperiode werk je in dagdienst van 9u55 u tot 18u.

Jouw profiel Je bent een gedreven teamspeler die verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen en graag initiatief toont.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

Relevante werkervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector. Positieve instelling en natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten. Je houdt van fysiek werk en een afwisselende functie. Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands; mondeling & schriftelijk. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Ambitie om door te groeien binnen een stabiele en professionele organisatie.
