Jobomschrijving

Van machine-instellingen tot het aansturen van collega's: jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot en kwalitatief verloopt.

  • Je stelt de verpakkingslijnen in, bouwt deze om, start ze op en bedient deze, samen met jouw collega-assistent ploegchef
  • Je verpakt de producten zoals deze zijn voorgeschreven volgens de planning en de kwaliteitseisen
  • Kleine technische storingen los je zelf op
  • Je beheert zelfstandig de diverse schakels binnen het proces
  • Daarnaast sta je ook in voor de reiniging van de verpakkingsloop, alsook het schoonmaken van de scanners, sensoren en reflectoren
  • Je bevoorraadt machines met diverse materialen
  • De medewerkers worden door jou gemotiveerd en ondersteunt op een positieve manier
  • Bij afwezigheid van de ploegchef ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt
  • Techniek is iets wat jou sterk interesseert
  • Nieuwe mensen opleiden, daar haal je voldoening uit
  • Een heftruck besturen kan je alvast, of je bent bereid dit aan te leren
  • Werken op hoogte gaat vlot voor jou
