Ben jij een natuurlijke trekker op de werkvloer die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Via Randstad Permanent Placement sla je de interimperiode over en krijg je meteen een direct vast contract bij de firma. Voor een groeiend en kwaliteitsgericht bedrijf in Kruisem zoeken we een gedreven aanspreekpunt coat die het team ondersteunt, overzicht bewaart en actief meewerkt.

In deze rol van assistent ploegleider laklijn in Kruisem ben je actief aanwezig in de productie binnen een vast stelsel van 2 ploegen. Je stuurt mee aan, bewaakt de flow van de prioritaire orders en springt zelf operationeel bij waar nodig. Dankzij jouw communicatieve en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces binnen de lakstraat in Kruisem.

Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Engels.

Je bent hands-on ingesteld, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewust en stressbestendig.

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die initiatief neemt en collega's durft aan te spreken wanneer nodig.

Je beschikt over sterke digitale vaardigheden; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt maar geen noodzaak.

Uitvoeren van opdrachten van de teamleader, bewaken van de taakverdeling en verzorgen van de ploegoverdrachten.

Ondersteunen van collega's bij vragen rond kwaliteit, lakafwerking en het naleven van de veiligheidsregels.

Signaleren van technische problemen, escaleren van tekorten en constructief meedenken over oplossingen.

Uitvoeren van controles (aanwezigheden, netheid, materiaal) en melden van eventuele spanningen in het team.

Operationeel meewerken in de lakstraat, waaronder hoofdzakelijk het oprekken van profielen op de site in Kruisem.
