FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een onafhankelijk familiebedrijf in Olen, actief in de productie van hoogwaardige ijscreaties, zoeken we een Assistent Ploegverantwoordelijke die mee het verschil wil maken op de productievloer. Het bedrijf blijft investeren en groeien en biedt een high performance omgeving waar kwaliteit, betrokkenheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Jouw rol

Als Assistent Ploegverantwoordelijke ondersteun je de ploegverantwoordelijke in het aansturen van de productieafdeling. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat met de beschikbare mensen en middelen de vooropgestelde productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen worden behaald.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Dagelijks behalen van KPI’s
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de personeelsplanning
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen en uitvoeren van gestructureerde oorzaakanalyses
  • Waken over kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen (GMP, voedselveiligheid)
  • Controleren en rapporteren van output en bezetting
  • Actieve rol in overlegmomenten en correcte verslaggeving
  • Stimuleren van continue verbetering
  • Coachen, opleiden en begeleiden van medewerkers
  • Vlotte en correcte overdracht tussen ploegen
  • Ondersteunen van logistieke processen binnen de ploeg
  • Rapporteren aan de ploegverantwoordelijke
  • Bij afwezigheid: opnemen van de rol van ploegverantwoordelijke

PROFIEL Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Je kan mensen motiveren, inspireren en coachen
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en technisch onderlegd
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en blijft resultaatgericht, ook onder druk
  • Je communiceert sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (bij voorkeur voeding)
  • Talen: Nederlands zeer goed, Engels goed
  • Goede computervaardigheden
