Voor onze klant, een groeiend familiebedrijf in de voedingsindustrie regio Westerlo, zijn wij op zoek naar een Assistent Ploegverantwoordelijke Productie.

Onze klant is actief in de productie van voedingsproducten en blijft continu investeren in innovatie, kwaliteit en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Om het productieteam verder te versterken, zoeken we een enthousiaste leidinggevende die mee zorgt voor een vlotte werking van de productieafdeling.

Jouw functie

Als Assistent Ploegverantwoordelijke ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en begeleiden van de productieploeg. Samen met de ploegverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat de productiedoelstellingen behaald worden binnen de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en voedselveiligheidsnormen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het dagelijks mee aansturen en ondersteunen van de productieploeg.
  • Het opvolgen van de vooropgestelde KPI’s en productiedoelstellingen.
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van de personeelsplanning binnen jouw ploeg.
  • Het analyseren van afwijkingen en meewerken aan structurele oplossingen.
  • Het bewaken van productkwaliteit, veiligheid en voedselveiligheidsstandaarden.
  • Het opvolgen van productie-output, bezetting en efficiëntie.
  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van overlegmomenten binnen de ploeg.
  • Het stimuleren van continue verbetering en optimalisatie van processen.
  • Het begeleiden, coachen en opleiden van medewerkers.
  • Het ondersteunen bij de introductie en opleiding van nieuwe collega’s.
  • Het zorgen voor een correcte overdracht tussen verschillende ploegen.
  • Het opnemen van de rol van ploegverantwoordelijke bij afwezigheid.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je krijgt energie van het coachen en motiveren van medewerkers
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en hebt oog voor veiligheid en voedselveiligheid
  • Je bent stressbestendig, probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht
  • Je beschikt over voldoende technische interesse om productieprocessen snel te begrijpen en verbeteringen mee te ondersteunen
  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie of FMCG is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Je kan vlot werken met digitale systemen
