Voor een gerenommeerd familiebedrijf, dat al meer dan 60 jaar actief is in de voedingsindustrie, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Assistent Productieleider. Deze onderneming wordt inmiddels geleid door de 3e generatie en staat bekend om haar diepgewortelde vakkennis, klantgerichtheid en voortdurende focus op kwaliteit en innovatie. Ze combineren traditie met een toekomstgerichte visie, wat hen tot een vaste waarde maakt in de markt.

Als rechterhand van de huidige productieverantwoordelijke speel je een cruciale rol in het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van het productieproces. Je komt terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving waar betrokkenheid, teamspirit en zin voor initiatief sterk gewaardeerd worden. Deze functie biedt je de mogelijkheid om te groeien, kennis op te bouwen en mee vorm te geven aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een modern en efficiënt productieapparaat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je stuurt de productie en behoudt het toezicht op de dagelijkse operaties, waarbij je het personeel coacht en ondersteunt waar nodig
  • Daarnaast stel je efficiënte productieplanning op die perfect aansluit op de lopende bestellingen en productiecapaciteit
  • Om een optimale klanttevredenheid te garanderen, werk je nauw samen met de Sales-afdeling en de Productieverantwoordelijke
  • In samenwerking met de Plant Manager en de kwaliteitsafdeling waak je over de kwaliteit en zorg je dat alle producten aan de hoogste normen voldoen
  • Minimaal een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een aantal jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsindustrie
  • Bereidheid om vroeg te starten; jouw werkdag begint om 3:30 uur
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
