Dan gaan wij graag met jou in gesprek! Als assistent-projectcontroller ben jij als rechterhand van de senior projectcontroller binnen de afdeling Finance medeverantwoordelijk voor de projectenportefeuille van Berenschot NL en zie je toe op de financiële beheersing van projecten volgens de beheersaspecten 'scope', 'tijd' en 'geld', inclusief de compliance aan interne en externe regelgeving. Dit ga je doen - Je ondersteunt bij het inrichten van de projecten en ziet toe op het voeren van een deugdelijke projectadministratie volgens de projectcontrolcyclus van het plannen, monitoren en controleren (inclusief het zelf opstellen, controleren en verwerken van uitgaande facturen, indien nodig). - Je analyseert en bespreekt met de projectleiders en de projectadministrateurs de voortgang van de projecten. Je signaleert afwijkingen in de projecten, zodat er tijdig kan worden bijgestuurd. - Je neemt actief deel aan de verbetertrajecten die binnen de afdeling Project control plaatsvinden en levert een bijdrage aan de kwaliteitsbewaking en de verbetering van de projectadministratie en de projectmanagementmethode van Berenschot. - Je neemt actief deel aan de projectcontrol-overleggen. - Je helpt bij het voorbereiden en begeleiden van de accountantscontrole door onder meer de projectdossiers te toetsen en aan te leveren. - Je controleert samen met collega's de kwaliteit van de administratieve vastlegging van een project. - Je controleert samen met collega's de contractafspraken in offertes in de voorfase en/of de contractafspraken in de getekende ove...
