De functie inhoud

  • Je behartigt het project van A tot Z: het volledige dossier (vorderingen, meetstaten, oplevering van de werf,...).
  • Doordat je werkt met verschillende partners, ben jij de spilfiguur of tussenpersoon.
  • Daarnaast geef je de nodige instructies naar jouw werven.
  • Je volgt met jouw technische kennis de lopende projecten op en je rapporteert aan de zaakvoerder.
  • Tenslotte ben je aanwezig tijdens werfvergaderingen en onderhoud je een goed klantencontact.

Onze klant Als (Assistent) Projectleider kom je terecht in een bedrijf regio Brugge, gespecialiseerd in elektrische installaties waarbij ook gefocust wordt op de automatisatie (TROEF!). Niet enkel het elektrische luik valt binnen hun core, ook wordt er van scratch geprogrammeerd. Hun werven en sectoren zijn erg uiteenlopend: iedere werknemer ervaart veel variatie!

Op 30 jaar tijd hebben ze maar liefst drie keer zoveel personeel aangeworven om hun groei te kunnen bijbenen. Zowel bedrijven als werknemers zijn tevreden van hun werkwijze: vooral omdat het gaat om een stabiele en groeiende KMO, waar ook plaats is voor humor, fun, drinks en after works! Als (Assistent) Projectleider vink je enkele zaken af:

  • Je hebt een technisch bachelor of masterdiploma.
  • Ook heb je een eerste relevante ervaring als Projectleider.
  • Omdat je continu met verschillende partners werkt (collega's, onderaannemers, klanten...), ben je commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je maakt jouw eigen deadlines en je neemt verantwoordelijkheden op. Het zijn niet de minste of kleinste werven waar je op staat.
  • Jouw netwerk in de bouwsector komt alleen maar van pas.
