Word jij onze nieuwe Assistent-Projectleider?

Voor onze bouwprojecten zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Assistent-Projectleider die onder begeleiding van de projectleider instaat voor de dagelijkse opvolging van één of meerdere bouwprojecten. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige bouwproces, van de grondwerken tot en met de oplevering, en ondersteunt zowel op organisatorisch als financieel vlak.

Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, de verschillende interne afdelingen en de teams op de bouwplaats. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat elk project succesvol, efficiënt en veilig wordt gerealiseerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Assistent-Projectleider ondersteun je de projectleider bij de volledige projectopvolging en draag je mee verantwoordelijkheid voor:

De dagelijkse opvolging van één of meerdere bouwprojecten, van grondwerken tot oplevering.

De organisatorische en financiële opvolging van het project.

Het opmaken, opvolgen en bijsturen van de projectplanning.

Het bewaken van budget, rendement en projectresultaat.

Het opvolgen van de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.

Het toezien op veiligheid op de bouwplaats.

De afstemming en communicatie met interne afdelingen, teams en andere betrokken partijen.

Het tijdig signaleren van knelpunten en meewerken aan praktische oplossingen.

Het ondersteunen van de projectleider bij een efficiënte en succesvolle uitvoering van het bouwproject.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een technische achtergrond en interesse in bouwprojectmanagement.

Je hebt een Bachelor (Graduaat) of Master Bouwkunde / Ingenieur Bouwkunde.

Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.

Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in de praktische uitvoering van bouwprojecten.

Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams en afdelingen.

Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.

Je hebt een goede kennis van de gebruikelijke computerprogramma's.

Ervaring in projectopvolging of de bouwsector is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
