Wegens sterke groei van onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een assistent-projectleider met een passie voor innovatieve technieken en projectopvolging HVAC.

Wil jij meewerken aan uitdagende technische totaalprojecten van A tot Z? Krijg je energie van projectopvolging, planning en coördinatie op de werf? Ben je klaar om door te groeien naar een autonome leidinggevende functie binnen projectbeheer?

Na een grondige inwerkperiode word je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding en opvolging van technische projecten van opstart tot oplevering.

Je combineert technische kennis met organisatie, communicatie en coördinatie, en werkt dagelijks samen met werfleiders, techniekers, aannemers en klanten.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van technische projecten van A tot Z
  • Uitwerken en aanpassen van elektrische schema’s
  • Organiseren en bewaken van de planning en deadlines per afwerkingsfase
  • Aankopen en bestellen van materialen en technische componenten
  • Coördineren van de werken samen met werfleiders en techniekers
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en technische besprekingen
  • Dagelijks communiceren met studiebureaus, aannemers, leveranciers en klanten
  • Opvolgen van de indienststelling en oplevering van projecten
  • Ondersteunen van de equipes techniekers met feedback en bijsturing waar nodig
  • Tekenen en aanpassen van plannen in Autocad en/of Stabicad
  • Je beschikt over een hogere technische opleiding (bachelor of master) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt interesse in projectbeheer, speciale technieken en innovatieve oplossingen
  • Je hebt ervaring met Autocad en/of Stabicad en bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen
