Voor een familiebedrijf in de regio Gent zoek ik een Assistent Projectleider HVAC-S. Dit bedrijf, met aanzienlijke ervaring, specialiseert zich in HVAC en legt de nadruk op vakkundige installatie en onderhoud van systemen. Met ongeveer 40 medewerkers streeft het bedrijf naar een aangename werksfeer met korte communicatielijnen. Je wordt ondergebracht in een modern kantoor, waar je warm ontvangen wordt door je collega's.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Over het algemeen bied je ondersteuning aan de Projectleider, waarbij nauw contact essentieel is.
  • Het bestellen van materialen en het waarborgen van tijdige levering behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je neemt het lastenboek door en rapporteert hierover aan de Projectleider.
  • Daarnaast stel je technische fiches en materiaallijsten op en bied je ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers, waarbij je zorgt voor effectieve communicatie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt ervaring in de technische aspecten van HVAC.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal stelt je in staat om vlot te communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en draagt bij aan een soepel extern contact.
  • Met een passie voor HVAC en Sanitair ben je gemotiveerd om je hier verder in te verdiepen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid kenmerkt jou als een doortastende planner.
