Zoek je een functie waarin je snel groeit naar een zelfstandige rol met verantwoordelijkheid en impact? Dan is dit jouw kans om mee te bouwen aan duurzame infrastructuurprojecten die zichtbaar het verschil maken!

Samen met een ervaren projectleider leer je alle aspecten van projectmanagement binnen de bouwsector. Je krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid en groeit uit tot een volwaardige projectleider.

Je werkt niet vanop de zijlijn, maar staat midden in de actie. Je bent betrokken bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van projecten die technisch uitdagend én maatschappelijk relevant zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van één of meerdere bouw- en renovatieprojecten.
  • Coördineren van dagelijkse werfactiviteiten.
  • Opvolgen van budgetten, bestekken, materiaalstromen en planning.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van arbeiders, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en overlegmomenten.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement.
  • Samenwerken met projectleiders, klanten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Geleidelijk doorgroeien naar meer autonomie en projectverantwoordelijkheid.
  • Bachelor of masterdiploma bouwkunde, industriële wetenschappen bouwkunde of gelijkaardige richting.
  • Interesse in burgerlijke bouwkunde, betonrenovatie en infrastructuurwerken.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans is een mooie extra troef.
