Je komt terecht bij een innovatieve en groeiende speler gespecialiseerd in renovatie, restauratie en infrastructuurwerken. Samen met een hecht team werk je aan projecten die bijdragen aan een duurzame en toekomstgerichte leefomgeving, met veel aandacht voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Als Assistent Projectleider Leidingtechnieken ondersteun je de projectleider bij de dagelijkse opvolging van uiteenlopende leidingtechnische projecten. Je combineert organisatie, planning en communicatie met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werf. Zo krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te bouwen en door te groeien binnen een professionele werkomgeving.

Basis verloning 2800€ afhankelijk van uw ervaring

Uw loon is bespreekbaar.

-Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij de organisatie en opvolging van leiding technische projecten.

-Je plant en coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werf.

-Je bewaakt de planning, budgetten, bestekken en materiaallijsten.

-Je volgt de voortgang van de werken nauwgezet op en rapporteert aan de projectleider.

-Je stuurt werfteams aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen efficiënt kan samenwerken.

-Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en onderhoudt contacten met interne en externe partners.

-Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere werkwijzen en praktische oplossingen.

-Je waakt mee over veiligheid, kwaliteit en een correcte uitvoering van de projecten.

Wie ben jij?

Je behaalde een bachelor of master in Bouwkunde. = is een must voor dit type werven !

Je hebt interesse in infrastructuur-, renovatie- of leiding technische projecten.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt planmatig.

Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.

Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's en werfteams.

Je bent leergierig en wilt doorgroeien naar een functie als projectleider.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een mooie troef.

Opleiding: Bachelor of master Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.

- Vakkennis:

Vakkennis: Interesse of eerste ervaring in infrastructuur-, bouw- of leidingtechnische projecten. Ervaring met projectopvolging is een pluspunt.

- Talenkennis:

Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
