Takenpakket

  • Het verkochte dossier komt dus bij jou terecht. Dit zijn grote projecten, soms ook complexe opdrachten die een speciale aanpak vereisen.
  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor verschillende partijen
  • Start met een binnendienstfunctie, later meer verantwoordelijkheid tot aansturing op de werf
  • Als rechterhand van de projectleider ben jij mee verantwoordelijk voor de algemene leiding van één of meerdere bouwprojecten, zowel qua budget als uitvoering.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij de coördinatie van de werkzaamheden van de voorbereiding tot de voorlopige oplevering.
  • Ondersteuning in de uitvoering van de toegewezen bouwprojecten
  • Je staat mee in voor de financiële rendabiliteit van het bouwproject en kijkt toe op de uitvoeringstermijn van het project
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de voortgang van het project consequent wordt opgevolgd
  • Meedenken aan verbeteringen

Profiel

  • Bachelor min. (bouw)
  • Affiniteit + kennis nieuwbouw en renovatie
  • Ervaring in technieken, elektriciteit, hvac, ... is een +
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office.
  • Je bent gedreven, communicatief
  • Je werkt heel nauwkeurig
  • Je bent een echte duizendpoot
  • Je hecht veel belang aan teamspirit en collegialiteit
