Als Assistent Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij de rechterhand van de projectleider en de schakel tussen de tekenkamer, de werkvoorbereiding en de uitvoering op de bouwplaats. Je werkt mee aan diverse projecten in de utiliteitsbouw, zoals scholen, ziekenhuizen, kantoren en hotels. Jouw technische achtergrond stelt je in staat om tekeningen te lezen, installaties te beoordelen en knelpunten vroegtijdig te signaleren. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de planning, communicatie met onderaannemers en de administratieve afhandeling van projecten. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere: - Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij de planning en coördinatie van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - Controleren van werktekeningen en technische specificaties op haalbaarheid en kwaliteit; - Bewaken van de voortgang en het budget van deelprojecten; - Afstemmen met monteurs, onderaannemers en leveranciers over materiaal en planning; - Verzorgen van rapportages, urenstaten en voortgangsverslagen; - Signaleren van risico's en meedenken over oplossingen bij technische uitdagingen; - Deelnemen aan bouwvergaderingen en overleggen met opdrachtgevers; - Bijdragen aan de nazorg en oplevering van projecten.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Met de juiste inzet en ontwikkeling kun je doorstromen naar de functie van zelfstandig Projectleider of Werkvoorbereider. Het bedrijf investeert actief in je groei via een eigen interne Academy en een Development Programma, waarin je wordt opgeleid in persoonlijk leiderschap, projectmanagement en vakinhoudelijke kennis.
