  • Je zal samen met het uitvoeringsteam een plan van aanpak uitwerken met daarbij horende uitvoeringsmethodes en planningen.
  • Vraagt prijsoffertes aan bij onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Werken in een grote ploeg
  • Staat de Project Manager bij met technische ondersteuning. (onderhoud machinepark, ...)
  • Assisteert de Site Manager bij het maken van het werfinrichtings- en signalisatieplan, het aanvragen van werkvergunningen, en andere technische ondersteuning.
  • Staat in nauw contact met het studiebureau en de design manager om continu op zoek te gaan naar technische optimalisaties.
  • Bewaakt mede de projectplanning en zorg ervoor dat faseringen worden geoptimaliseerd en het bouwproject geen onnodige vertraging en/of kostenoverschrijding oploopt.
  • Controleert mede het naleven van de veiligheidsregels
  • Je neemt een centrale rol op in de aankoop, planning en administratieve opvolging van de werkplaats.

Profiel

Ben jij de persoon die we zoeken?

  • Je behaalde min. een Bachelor in een technische, bouwkundige richting
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent een betrouwbaar teamlid.
  • Interne en externe communicatie verloopt steeds correct.
  • Naast Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van o.a. mechanica, pneumatica, elektriciteit, hydraulica en PLC’s.
  • Je bent communicatief, assertief en neemt vlot verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring in of affiniteit met het aansturen
  • Basiskennis infra, beton,...
  • Kennis van 2D- en 3D-CAD-programma’s is een +
  • Materiaalkennis
  • VCA Vol
  • Tot slot kan je ook administratief punctueel werken.
