Ben jij een enthousiaste teamleider die met een glimlach het beste uit een team én een winkel weet te halen? Hou je van versgebakken lekkernijen, een warme werksfeer en ben je op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke en stabiele functie? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe Assistent Regioverantwoordelijke!

Bij Au Flan Breton zoeken we een gedreven collega die energie haalt uit leidinggeven, klantgericht werken en het organiseren van een vlotte winkelwerking. Je houdt van afwisseling, neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en bent het aanspreekpunt voor een hecht team.

Je ondersteunt ongeveer drie winkels binnen jouw regio en zorgt ervoor dat alles dagelijks op rolletjes loopt.

Uren & werkregeling

  • Voltijds (38 uur per week)
  • Afwisselend vroege en late shiften:Vroege shift: start om 6.30 uur Late shift: einde ten laatste om 18.00 uur
  • Je werkt minstens één vroege én één late shift per week.
  • Je werkt ook tijdens weekends en feestdagen.
  • Je bent actief in één van onze winkels, Diegem, Kampenhout of Keerbergen

Wat ga je doen?

Als Assistent Regioverantwoordelijke combineer je operationeel werk met leidinggeven.

  • Verwelkomt klanten vriendelijk en adviseert hen over ons heerlijke assortiment.
  • Verkoopt onze verse bakkerijproducten met enthousiasme en een glimlach.
  • Waakt over de kwaliteit en versheid van onze producten.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat bederfelijke producten tijdig worden verwijderd.
  • Beheert de voorraad en vult de winkelrekken aan waar nodig.
  • Houdt de winkel netjes, verzorgd en overzichtelijk.
  • Denkt mee na over aantrekkelijke product presentaties en promoties.
  • Coördineert de dagelijkse werking van de winkels.
  • Ondersteunt, motiveert en begeleidt de winkelteams.
  • Stelt de werkplanning op en beheert deze voor de winkels waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent met de nodige tools.
  • Draagt actief bij aan het behalen van de omzet- en commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Lost operationele problemen zelfstandig op en zorgt voor een vlotte werking.
  • Je team aansturen via de aangeboden tools.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mensen weet te inspireren.

Je:

  • Spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus, afhankelijk van de winkel.
  • Hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie of binnen retail of een bakkerijomgeving (een plus, maar geen vereiste).
  • Bent klantgericht, zelfstandig en flexibel.
  • Weet een team te motiveren, begeleiden en coachen.
  • Bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt van plannen.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne.
  • Hebt inzicht in cijfers en gebruikt deze om resultaten te verbeteren.
  • Bent proactief, denkt mee en neemt initiatief.
