Als Assistent Restaurant Manager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen het team en het management. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, springt bij waar nodig en houdt altijd het overzicht. Je zorgt voor structuur, kwaliteit en gastvrijheid op de werkvloer. Je dit dit door: - Je team aan te sturen en te motiveren zodat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. - Collegas te begeleiden, op te leiden en te enthousiasmeren. - Gasten gastvrij te ontvangen en vragen professioneel af te handelen. - Toezicht te houden op de kwaliteit van service in ons restaurant en banqueting. - Het restaurant te openen en/of te sluiten wanneer nodig. - Zelf actief mee te werken en het goede voorbeeld te geven op de vloer. Jij bent: - Ervaren in de horeca als 1e medewerker bediening of Supervisor restaurant. - Uitstekend in het beheersen van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Flexibel, stressbestendig en hebt een echte aanpakkersmentaliteit. - Representatief, gastgericht en houdt van service verlenen. - Verantwoordelijk en neemt jouw rol altijd serieus.
