Ben jij een enthousiaste horecaprofessional met passie voor gastvrijheid? Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving en ben je zowel operationeel als organisatorisch sterk? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Functie

Als Assistent Restaurantmanager ondersteun je het management en zorg je voor een uitstekende service. Je werkt zowel in de bediening als in de keuken en neemt bij afwezigheid van de restaurantmanager de dagelijkse leiding over. Daarnaast begeleid je collega's en zorg je voor een prettige werksfeer.

Wij zoeken iemand met

Een afgeronde Hotelschoolopleiding of vergelijkbare horecaopleiding. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de horeca. Ervaring in zowel keuken als bediening. Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal. Voldoende beheersing van Duits/Frans/Italiaans. Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. Een representatieve, gastgerichte en stressbestendige houding. Leidinggevende kwaliteiten.
