In jouw rol als Verantwoordelijke Verkoop ben je de motor achter het succes van onze winkel. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, en dat elke klant een onvergetelijke ervaring heeft. Je motiveert jouw team met jouw organisatievermogen en enthousiasme, waardoor je hen naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het winkelteam
  • Creëren van een positieve en professionele werksfeer
  • Zorgen voor een optimale klantenbeleving
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse winkelactiviteiten
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie
  • Opvolgen van commerciële en financiële resultaten samen met de manager
  • Ondersteunen van de manager en fungeren als rechterhand
  • Plannen, delegeren en controleren van taken
  • Beheren van administratieve taken en leveringen

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in retail en/of een leidinggevende rol
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt commercieel
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden
  • Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
  • Je bent flexibel en hands-on ingesteld
