Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar gezondheid, welzijn en klantgericht advies centraal staan.

Als Assistant Shopmanager, Assistent Filiaalverantwoordelijke of Assistant Store Manager ondersteun je de Shopmanager bij de dagelijkse werking van de winkel en zorg je mee voor een optimale klantenbeleving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse winkelorganisatie
  • Coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers op de winkelvloer
  • Mee opvolgen van doelstellingen, KPI's en commerciële resultaten
  • Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantenservice
  • Adviseren van klanten en ondersteunen bij vragen over het assortiment
  • Plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen binnen het team
  • Opvolgen van voorraadbeheer en winkelpresentatie
  • Kassa- en administratiebeheer ondersteunen
  • Actief meewerken op de winkelvloer en het goede voorbeeld geven

  • Je combineert commerciële feeling met een sterke klantgerichtheid
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen de openingsuren van de winkel
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren
  • Ervaring binnen gezondheid, verzorging, farmacie of parafarmacie is een pluspunt
