Je zorgt voor een goede stageplanning en onderhoudt contacten met stageopleiders. Daarnaast denk je mee over verdere optimalisatie en digitalisering van onze processen. Functie inhoud Als assistent stagecoördinator bij de Huisartsopleiding werk je in een omgeving waarin organiseren, samenwerken en zorgvuldig werken centraal staan. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team coördinatie (stage-)opleiders, dat bestaat uit jou en twee assistent manager opleiders. Samen zorgen jullie voor de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de organisatorische processen rondom stageopleiders. Bij piekmomenten ondersteunen jullie elkaar en jullie zorgen voor continuïteit door werkzaamheden van elkaar over te nemen bij ziekte en/of vakantie. Je belangrijkste taak is het zorgen voor een passende koppeling van tweedejaars aios aan hun stageplek en het verzorgen van de communicatie hierover. Je houdt de beschikbaarheid van stage-instellingen en de status van hun erkenning bij en zorgt ervoor dat stageleerwerkplannen actueel zijn. Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor stageplekken en plant - in het kader van onze kwaliteitscyclus - stagebezoeken in en handelt de uitkomsten hiervan administratief af. Daarnaast registreer je de opleidingstrajecten van de aios en denk je proactief mee bij afwijkende trajecten, bijvoorbeeld door zwangerschap of ziekte. Samen met de staffunctionaris vrijstellingen verstrek je informatie over vrijstellingen voor stages in het tweede opleidingsjaar en handel je aanvragen administratief af...
