(Of een ander drankje natuurlijk!)) Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Store Manager van jouw Sting winkel zorg jij er samen met de Store Manager voor dat jouw team de ruimte krijgt voor ontwikkeling. Jij bent een pro in het maken van een personeelsplanning. Je bent klantgericht, denkt mee tijdens het aankoopproces en weet met jouw commerciële instelling ook de verkoopresultaten te boosten. Door het analyseren van de verkoopcijfers leer je snel te schakelen met collecties en positionering. Je coördineert alle operationele werkzaamheden in de winkel en zorgt dat alles goed verloopt. Mocht je de ambitie hebben word je, door je Store Manager en Rayonmanager, helemaal klaargestoomd voor de rol van Store Manager. Wat wij vragen - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende in een groter team en/of groter winkeloppervlakte. - Jij werkt en denkt minimaal op mbo-niveau en pikt nieuwe info snel op. - Je bent minimaal één weekenddag beschikbaar om in onze Sting winkel te werken. - Door jouw improvisatievermogen weet jij in te spelen op onverwachte situaties. - Waar andere vraagtekens zien, spot jij kansen. Met jouw creativiteit en flexibiliteit zet je ideeën om in concrete acties. - Je communiceert helder en effectief, zowel richting jouw team als de klant. - Passie voor fashion én zin in gezelligheid op de werkvloer? Perfect, want bij ons is een goede sfeer minstens zo belangrijk als goede sales. - Je werkt secuur, gestructureerd en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. - Je bent klantgericht, denkt mee tijdens het aankoopproces en weet met jouw commerciële instelling ook de verko...
