Voor onze nieuwe SPAR-winkel in Leuven zoeken we een enthousiaste Assistent Store Manager, voor onze Versafdelingen. Heb jij een passie voor retail, verse voeding en het aansturen van een team? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken!

Jouw functie

Als Assistent Store Manager ben je de rechterhand van de ondernemer(s) en verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van de versafdelingen, met focus op:

  • Groenten & Fruit
  • Kaas & Charcuterie

Je zorgt voor aantrekkelijke presentaties, optimale beschikbaarheid van producten en een uitstekende klantbeleving.

Daarnaast:

  • Volg je bestellingen en voorraad op.
  • Bewaak je omzet, marge en commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Werk je promoties en commerciële acties uit.
  • Analyseer je klantengedrag en speel je in op trends.
  • Coach en motiveer je collega's.
  • Waak je over hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt affiniteit met retail en verse voeding.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je weet collega's te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Weekend- en feestdagenwerk vormen geen probleem.
