Voor onze modewinkel in Leuven zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Assistent Store Manager die samen met het team wil bouwen aan een sterke winkelbeleving en uitstekende resultaten.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Assistent Store Manager ben je de rechterhand van de Store Manager en speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijkse succes van de winkel: Je ondersteunt de Store Manager bij de dagelijkse leiding van de winkel. Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt het winkelteam.

Je neemt de leiding over wanneer de Store Manager afwezig is.

Je helpt mee bij het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen en targets.

Je zorgt samen met het team voor een uitstekende klantenservice.

Je bewaakt de uitstraling, presentatie en orde van de winkel. Je ondersteunt bij planning, administratie en voorraadbeheer.

Je volgt de dagelijkse verkoopresultaten mee op en neemt initiatief waar nodig.

Je zorgt mee voor een positieve en professionele teamsfeer.

Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als collega's. Jouw profiel Ervaring is vereist.

We zoeken iemand die al een stevige achtergrond heeft binnen de retail en mode. Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring in retail.

Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de modebranche.

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen retail.

Je bent commercieel sterk en resultaatgericht.

Je hebt een passie voor mode, styling en klantenbeleving. Je bent een natuurlijke leider en weet een team te motiveren. Je bent zelfstandig, georganiseerd en stressbestendig.

Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Je bent flexibel en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
