Hierin heb je een voorbeeldrol naar jouw collega's. Je weet veel over klanten. Wat zij van een Leen Bakker winkel verwachten en hoe jij dat met jouw collega's kan overtreffen. Je werkt in deze functie nauw samen met de Storemanager. Bij afwezigheid van de Storemanager ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorg je voor de operationele aansturing in de winkel. Wat maakt dit een leuke baan? Je krijgt energie van het helpen van klanten en een kick van het behalen van goede resultaten. Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zijn uitstekend en je beschikt over commercieel inzicht. Daarbij is resultaatgericht werken je tweede natuur. Samenwerken is de sleutel tot succes en jij weet jouw collega's hierin te sturen en motiveren. Je coacht medewerkers vakinhoudelijk en je bent betrokken bij het onboarden van nieuwe collega's.
