Voor een toonaangevend en sfeervol woon- en kluswarenhuis in Baarn zoeken we een assistent storemanager voor 32 tot 38 uur per week. In deze leidinggevende functie op de vloer ben jij de rechterhand van de bedrijfsleiding. Je zorgt dat alles op de vloer op rolletjes loopt, organiseert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel de winkelmedewerkers als onze bezoekers. Je combineert je commerciële inzicht coaching op de werkvloer om zo betere resultaten en maximale klanttevredenheid te behalen. Een fantastische kans voor wie wil ondernemen binnen een warm familiebedrijf! Jouw taken : Als assistent storemanager voer jij de operationele regie op de winkelvloer. Je organiseert de dagelijkse gang van zaken en zorgt dat alle werkzaamheden op de afdeling strak verdeeld zijn. Gedurende de dag sta je tussen je collega's om hen te coachen, te trainen en te enthousiasmeren, zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Je verliest de cijfers daarbij geen seconde uit het oog: je analyseert verkooptrends, bewaakt de marges en stuurt actief bij om de afdelingsdoelen te behalen. Ook draag je zorg voor een uitstekende kwaliteitsbewaking, van een representatieve winkeluitstraling en inspirerende productpresentaties tot een veilige werkomgeving. Als eerste aanspreekpunt op de vloer schakel je direct met de bedrijfsleiding over strategische plannen en pak je zelfstandig de meer uitdagende klantvragen op.
