We zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde teamspeler die de elegantie en finesse van de chocolade naar de klanten brengt, waarbij flexibiliteit en enthousiasme voorop staan.

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant een memorabele chocoladebeleving ervaart, waarbij je flexibel wordt ingezet in de drie shops, op wandelafstand van elkaar, afhankelijk van de behoeften van de planning.
  • Je verwelkomt klanten hartelijk, biedt hulp bij het vinden van producten, beantwoordt vragen en verstrekt informatie over onze producten en acties.
  • Samen met het team werk je aan het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen en draag je actief bij aan het bedenken van initiatieven om de verkoop te stimuleren.
  • De boetiek is ons visitekaartje; als ambassadeur van ons merk zorg je ervoor dat onze boetiek een uitstekende presentatie heeft volgens de Neuhaus etiquette.
  • Naast het verzorgen van een onberispelijke service aan klanten, ben je verantwoordelijk voor taken zoals het aanvullen van de voorraad, het ontvangen van leveringen en het correct opstarten en afsluiten van de kassa.

Je werkt in een 38 uren week en werken op zaterdag of zondag is voor jou geen probleem!

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je kan terugblikken op een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een high quality omgeving.
  • Je hebt een onberispelijk en elegant voorkomen en biedt onze klanten steeds een onvergetelijke customer experience.
  • Gelnagels zijn niet toegestaan omwille van hygiëne maatregelen
  • Kennis van onze producten is een pluspunt, maar vooral je enthousiasme om hierover te leren en te delen is belangrijk.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in de verschillende boetieks te Brussel en werken in het weekend (zaterdag of zondag) schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je zal werken in een fulltime week van 38 uren week
