Als fulltime Assistent Storemanager combineer je de dagelijkse ondersteuning op de winkelvloer met het coachen van je collega's. Samen met de storemanager bouw je aan een warm, hecht team waarin iedereen zich gewaardeerd voelt en met plezier werkt aan een oprechte klantervaring en mooie verkoopresultaten. Jouw werk als Assistent Storemanager - Begeleiding & Coachen: collega's ondersteunen bij adviesgesprekken op de vloer, opbouwende feedback geven en hen helpen hun doelstellingen in een fijne sfeer te behalen; - Organisatie & Vaste steun: bij afwezigheid van de storemanager neem jij met vertrouwen de leiding over en zorg je voor een gestroomlijnde gang van zaken; - Oprechte service & Verkoop: het goede voorbeeld laten zien door bezoekers in Nieuwegein gastvrij en deskundig te adviseren over telecomoplossingen; - Groei & Leren: actief gebruikmaken van ons trainingsaanbod om je leiderschaps- en coachende vaardigheden steeds verder aan te scherpen.
