Specialist in Agri & Food Recruitment Assistent Supply Chain Manager Stuur de dagelijkse supply-chainoperatie aan en ontwikkel jezelf binnen enkele jaren richting een brede Supply Chain Management-rol. - Food - 4500 - 5500 - HBO - 40 uur - Ospel Jouw taken Als Assistent Supply Chain Manager ben je de operationele rechterhand van de Supply Chain Manager. Je houdt overzicht over transport, expeditie en warehousing en zorgt dat de dagelijkse operatie beheerst en volgens planning verloopt. Daarbij stuur je niet alleen op oplossingen, maar vooral op eigenaarschap en structurele verbetering. Dit is geen klassieke assistentfunctie. Je krijgt eigen verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse operatie en de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen als manager. Dagelijks aansturen en coördineren van transport, expeditie en warehousing, met 4 directe en circa 20 indirecte medewerkers. Bewaken van planning, capaciteit, voorraad, bezetting en goederenstromen en zelfstandig bijsturen bij operationele afwijkingen. Coachen van medewerkers, stellen van prioriteiten en stimuleren dat beslissingen op het juiste niveau worden genomen. Werken met KPI's en managementinformatie om prestaties, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden inzichtelijk te maken. Initiëren van structurele verbeteringen op het gebied van processen, samenwerking, systemen, data en digitalisering.
