Advotaris B.V. Assistent team Familierecht Functieomschrijving Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten en verzorgt de correspondentie in de dossiers, zoals (concept)brieven en e-mails. Je bewaakt de planning rondom het tekenen van akten, beheert de agenda en houdt overzicht over de lopende dossiers. Daarbij weet je goed prioriteiten te stellen en schakel je gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en cliënten. Afhankelijk van je ambitie en vaardigheden kun je nu of in de toekomst meewerken aan (concept)akten. Functie-eisen Bij voorkeur heb jij je opleiding MBO juridische dienstverlening afgerond en/of ervaring met (juridisch) secretariële en administratieve werkzaamheden. Daarnaast vinden we het onderstaande belangrijk: - Je bent klantgericht en combineert dit met to the point communicatie, - Je kunt goed overweg met diverse software, waaronder MS Office, - Je kunt prima zelfstandig werken maar ook goed samenwerken, - Je krijgt energie van een goede en precieze organisatie van je werk, - Je hebt gevoel voor menselijke verhoudingen en emoties die kunnen spelen in de familierechtpraktijk, - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Bedrijfsprofiel Ons notariaat is gevestigd in het hoofdkantoor in Leiden tegenover het innovatieve Bio Science Park, nabij het station en de gezellige binnenstad. Hier werken 25 (toegevoegd-)notarissen, kandidaat-notarissen en notaris-klerken én 30 notariele ondersteuners samen in gespecialiseerde teams. We hechten aan ontwikkeling en menselijke betrokkenheid. Zo leveren we een directe bijdrage aan onze omgeving via de TK Challenge foundation waar ook jij bij aan kunt sluiten. Je komt terecht in het team van Erna Kortlang dat bestaat uit 13 professionals.
