Onze klant in Lille is enorm aan het groeien, hierdoor zijn ze op zoek naar een kwaliteitsgerichte assistent teamleader Inpak productie in dagdienst.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig bij het verwerken van documenten, registraties en rapporteringen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met HACCP-richtlijnen en begrijpt het belang van voedselveiligheid binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van verpakkingsprocessen, materialen en de bijhorende apparatuur.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse functie in daguren tussen 6u-18u30.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en kwaliteitsgericht werkt.

Functieomschrijving

Als asssistent teamleader speel je een belangrijke rol in het vlot laten verlopen van de verpakkingsafdeling en het bewaken van de productkwaliteit.

  • Je stuurt het inpakteam mee aan en stuurt deze bij waar nodig. Voornamelijk assisteer je de huidige teamleader bij de rolverdelingen en dat de taken correct uitgevoerd worden.
  • Je motiveert medewerkers en stimuleert een efficiënte samenwerking tussen collega's.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de vrijgave van afgewerkte producten en volgt afwijkingen of niet-conforme producten nauwgezet op.
  • Je waakt over orde, netheid en veiligheid binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je ziet toe op de correcte uitvoering van reinigings- en ontsmettingsprocedures volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen processen en deelt jouw kennis om de werking verder te optimaliseren.
