Wat ga je doen?

Ondersteun de teamleaders in een groot magazijn en zorg voor een vlotte en georganiseerde dagelijkse operatie.

In deze rol help je bij het coördineren en begeleiden van verschillende magazijnactiviteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met teamleaders en collega’s om processen zoals picking, goederenontvangst en expeditie efficiënt te laten verlopen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en draagt bij aan een gestructureerde en veilige werkomgeving.

- Ondersteunen van teamleaders bij dagelijkse taken in diverse operationele zones - Afstemmen van planning en werkverdeling en toezien op de uitvoering - Aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer, begeleiden van collega’s en ondersteunen in hun groei - Meedenken over personeelsinzet en opvolgen van de planning - Evalueren van nieuwe uitzendkrachten en jobstudenten en geven van gerichte feedback - Verbinden van teams en zorgen voor een consistente werkwijze - Samenwerken met andere assistent-teamleaders en bijdragen aan verbeteringen - Voorbeeldfunctie vervullen en de kernwaarden van de organisatie uitdragen

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en hebt uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling na een interimperiode. Bij onze klant sta je dicht bij de werkvloer en krijg je de kans om mee vorm te geven aan de dagelijkse operatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een teamspeler en hebt een sterke interesse in logistieke processen.
  • Je bent mensgericht en neemt spontaan een coachende en sturende rol op.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en gaat steeds op zoek naar verbeteringen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een wisselend uurrooster te werken (dag/laat).

Opleiding: /

Vakkennis: Je kan vlot werken met Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.

Talenkennis: Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel lezen, spreken als schrijven.
