Als Meewerkende teamleader zorg jij ervoor dat de aanvoer van producten naar de productielijnen vlekkeloos verloopt. Jij bewaakt het volledige ontvangst- en doorstroomproces en stemt alles nauwkeurig af op de productieplanning. Je staat voornamelijk op de werkvloer maar assisteert de shiftleader en stuurt een team van 4 personen aan.

Wat betekent dat concreet?

  • Je stuurt je team aan en neemt zelf actief deel aan het proces
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de producten en grijpt in bij afwijkingen
  • Je bewaakt het volcontinu proces en schakelt tijdig met productie en planning
  • Je voorkomt stilstanden door proactief te communiceren en escaleren waar nodig
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en coördineert los- en wachtplaatsen
  • Je zorgt voor orde, netheid en naleving van voedselveiligheidsregels

Kortom: jij bent de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat onze productie blijft draaien.

De meewerkend teamleader die wij zoeken:

  • Technische of logistieke achtergrond (opleiding of relevante ervaring) — essentieel om processen te begrijpen, bij te sturen en kleine storingen zelfstandig op te lossen
  • Leiderschap en maturiteit — je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een klein team
  • Organisatietalent en hands-on mentaliteit — je denkt vooruit en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Stressbestendigheid en oplossingsgericht denken — jij blijft rustig wanneer het tempo stijgt
  • Daarnaast ben je bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel en beheers je het Nederlands goed.
