Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven assistent-ploegchef in de nacht voor de inpakafdeling bij onze klant. Zij zijn een toonaangevende speler in de productie van diepvriesproducten. Als assistent-ploegchef werk je nauw samen met je team om de dagelijkse verpakkingsoperaties efficiënt te coördineren en het proces te optimaliseren. Je zorgt ervoor dat de strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen worden nageleefd en creëert een omgeving waarin samenwerking en teamwerk centraal staan. Met je leiderschapskwaliteiten en oog voor detail speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de hoge kwaliteit die deze organisatie kenmerkt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het zelfstandig opstarten en aansturen van twee productielijnen.
  • Machines afstellen om de juiste productkwaliteit en rendement te behalen.
  • Lijn ombouwen bij productwissels en reinigen van machines tijdens de ombouw.
  • Bewaken van de werking van alle onderdelen en tijdig bijsturen.
  • Controleren of de juiste grondstoffen worden gebruikt.
  • Orders starten en stoppen, en grondstoffenverbruik registreren via het bedrijfsprogramma.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren.
  • Kleine storingen oplossen en assisteren bij grotere pannes.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een opleiding in een technische richting afgerond, of beschik je over gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een leidinggevende functie.
  • Een sterke interesse in techniek is essentieel, en een eerste ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen is een pluspunt.
