Wil je een job waarin je niet alleen technisch bezig bent, maar ook mee het verschil maakt voor je collega's? Als assistent ploegchef krijg je een afwisselende rol waarin je machines bedient, de productie mee opvolgt en je collega's ondersteunt. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, maar staat er nooit alleen voor.

Wat ga je doen? Je werkt mee aan een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces. Tegelijk ben je een aanspreekpunt voor je collega's en help je mee om structuur te brengen in de ploeg.

  • Je stelt machines en installaties correct in en bedient ze zelfstandig.
  • Je controleert het pekelproces, de aanvoer van goederen en het dooiproces volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je beheert de voorraad van toevoegmiddelen en vult deze aan met de elektrische transpallet.
  • Je werkt actief mee met de productiemedewerkers en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt en motiveert je collega's en zorgt samen voor een veilige en aangename werkplek.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een hecht team in een moderne productieomgeving in Oostende. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar collega's staan voor elkaar klaar en delen hun kennis. Je krijgt de kans om het productieproces goed te leren kennen en je eigen weg te vinden binnen het team.   • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving, idealiter binnen de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en vindt het fijn om collega's te ondersteunen.
  • Je bent positief, energiek en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je werkt graag praktisch en fysiek en houdt van afwisseling in je werk.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen.
