Graag verantwoordelijkheid in een winkel, maar ook nog dicht bij het team en de dagelijkse werking? Als assistent teamleader ondersteun je de winkelverantwoordelijke bij de organisatie van de werkdag. Je verdeelt taken, houdt overzicht en helpt collega's om hun werk goed en tijdig gedaan te krijgen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een grotere winkelomgeving in Izegem. Samen met de winkelverantwoordelijke en andere leidinggevenden zorg je voor structuur op de werkvloer.

• Je brieft het team en verdeelt de dagelijkse taken

• Je geeft duidelijke instructies over werkafspraken en procedures

• Je bewaakt de planning en stuurt bij wanneer prioriteiten veranderen

• Je houdt mee toezicht op het stockbeheer

• Je volgt op of taken correct en tijdig uitgevoerd worden

• Je ondersteunt collega's wanneer ze vragen hebben of ergens vastlopen

• Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie binnen het team

• Je overlegt regelmatig met de winkelverantwoordelijke en andere teamleaders

• Je werkt zelf dicht bij de dagelijkse winkelwerking en weet daardoor goed wat er op de vloer speelt

Dit is geen leidinggevende functie vanop afstand. Je staat tussen de mensen, houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er verwacht wordt.

• Je hebt relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen retail

• Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en durft collega's aan te sturen

• Je kunt taken verdelen, prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren

• Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol

• Je helpt collega's vooruit zonder alles zelf over te nemen

• Je kunt vlot met een computer werken en staat open voor nieuwe digitale tools

• Je bent bereid flexibel te werken, inclusief weekendwerk volgens het voorziene rooster
