Jouw rol:

Als rechterhand van de teamleaders speel je een sleutelrol in het magazijn en zorg je mee voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking.

  • Assisteren bij het aansturen van de dagelijkse warehouse-activiteiten (picking, goederenontvangst en expeditie)
  • Coördineren van de werkzaamheden samen met de teamleader
  • Creëren van een positief werkklimaat door collega’s te coachen en begeleiden
  • Mee instaan voor de personeelsplanning en opvolging
  • Evalueren van nieuwe uitzendkrachten en jobstudenten
  • Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende teams
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen en efficiëntere processen
  • Een voorbeeldrol opnemen en de waarden van het bedrijf uitdragen
