The posting

Voor een groeiend logistiek bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Assistent Teamleader Warehouse. In deze functie ben je de rechterhand van de teamleaders en zorg je mee voor een vlotte werking van het magazijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ondersteunt de teamleaders bij de dagelijkse operationele werking van picking, goederenontvangst en expeditie.
  • Samen met de teamleader coördineer en organiseer je de werkzaamheden binnen het warehouse.
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor de magazijnmedewerkers en zorgt mee voor een positieve werksfeer.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt collega's en helpt hen om zich verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je helpt bij het opmaken en opvolgen van de personeelsbezetting.
  • Je staat mee in voor de evaluatie en opvolging van nieuwe uitzendkrachten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende teams en zorgt mee voor een goede samenwerking en afgestemde processen binnen het volledige warehouse.
  • Je onderhoudt een goede communicatie met de andere (assistent-)teamleaders en kijkt verder dan enkel je eigen afdeling.
  • Je neemt een voorbeeldfunctie op en draagt bij aan een professionele en aangename werkomgeving.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met interesse in logistiek en magazijnprocessen.
  • Je bent mensgericht en neemt vlot een coachende en leidinggevende rol op.
  • Een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent hands-on, flexibel en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je blijft rustig en georganiseerd in een drukke en dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe uitdagingen.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel, Word en PowerPoint.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een wisselend uurrooster (dag- en late uren).
