Dat zijn de straten, plantsoenen, speelplekken en andere openbare plekken die inwoners elke dag gebruiken. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat mensen prettig kunnen wonen, werken en recreëren. Dit ga je doen Je werkt mee in het dagelijkse klantcontact en bent een vraagbaak voor je collega's. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de afzonderlijke vraag of melding: je signaleert waar het vastloopt en helpt om dat op te lossen. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden: • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt medewerkers, voert gesprekken en helpt hen zich verder teontwikkelen. • Je zorgt dat jouw team beschikt over de juiste informatie, middelen en planning om prettig enefficiënt te werken. • Je creëert een veilige werkomgeving waarin collega's zich gehoord, gewaardeerd enbetrokken voelen.•• Je stemt regelmatig af met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen om de samenwerkingsoepel te laten verlopen.•• Je houdt zicht op de kwaliteit van het werk in de openbare ruimte, signaleert verbeterpuntenen ondersteunt de voormannen als coach en sparringpartner. Je werkt samen met betrokken collega's, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ziet dagelijks het resultaat van jouw werk terug in een schone, veilige en verzorgde leefomgeving. Daar staat een goed salaris volgens schaal 8 (€ 3.246 tot € 4.556 bruto) van de cao SGO tegenover, met mogelijk een arbeidsmarkttoeslag tot 15%.
