Voor een gerenommeerd productiebedrijf actief in de voedingssector zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleider Inpakafdeling voor een voltijdse functie in dagdienst. In deze verantwoordelijke rol stuur je het inpakteam aan en waak je over een vlot, kwalitatief en voedselveilig productieproces.

Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket

Als Teamleider Inpakafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de inpakactiviteiten.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers binnen het inpakteam.
  • Organiseren van de taakverdeling en zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking op de werkvloer.
  • Controleren en vrijgeven van afgewerkte en ingepakte producten volgens de kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Registreren, opvolgen en correct behandelen van niet-conforme producten.
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Waken over de correcte uitvoering van reinigings- en ontsmettingsprocedures.
  • Zorg dragen voor een optimale productkwaliteit en naleving van de voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens, controles en procesinformatie volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen van processen en werkmethoden door jouw praktijkervaring en expertise te delen.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en structureel te werk gaat.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring met administratieve taken zoals documentbeheer, procesregistraties en rapporteringen.
  • Kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen en het belang van voedselveiligheid binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Inzicht in gangbare inpakmethodes en het gebruik van inpakapparatuur.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie of voedingsproductie is een sterke troef.
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en een coachende ingesteldheid.
  • Beschikbaarheid voor een voltijdse functie in dagdienst.
