The posting

Onze familiale, dynamische organisatie is in volle expansie, dit resulteerde zich in onze gloednieuwe fabriek waar onze productie in 2022 van start is gegaan en ondertussen up-and-running is waardoor we de steeds groter wordende vraag naar ons kwalitatief eindproduct, stelselmatig kunnen invullen. In ons splinternieuw kantoorgebouw, is de grootste ruimte jouw werkdomein. In deze lichtrijke, centraal gelegen, ruime werkplek op de benedenverdieping, met uitzicht op de velden en op de Kaaskerkestraat worden de Dezeure trailers ontwikkeld en klaargezet voor productie. De centrale ligging werd niet zomaar gekozen, het engineeringteam werkt verre van op een eiland. Nauwe contacten met de productie, aankoop, sales,... zijn zeer belangrijk. Er heerst dan ook geen eilandencultuur binnen onze familiale organisatie, nee hoor iedereen kent iedereen en we trekken allemaal aan dezelfde kar. Zin in een losse babbel na het werk met je collega's? Spring dan gerust binnen in de bar op de bovenverdieping, van harte welkom in bar 't Remorkske.

Bovendien is de unieke, gebalanceerde mix van landbouw en industrie een sterkte bij Dezeure. Hierdoor kunnen we vlot inspelen op marktfluctuaties, wat naast variatie ook een stabiele werkzekerheid met zich meebrengt.

Om onze organisatie te versterken in dit groeiverhaal, is ons huidig team van gedreven experten, op zoek naar een extra collega ASSISTENT TEAMLEADER MONTAGE

Jouw missie als ASSISTENT TEAMLEADER MONTAGE

Als Assistent Teamleader Montage combineer je technische expertise met leiderschapspotentieel. Je bent hands-on aanwezig op de werkvloer, maar houdt tegelijk het overzicht over het geheel.

Je werkt mee aan de opbouw van innovatieve trailers en zorgt ervoor dat elk technisch detail klopt. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team en een kwalitatieve montage van onze machines.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Monteren van mechanische, hydraulische, elektrische en pneumatische componenten
  • Aansluiten van PLC-systemen
  • Aansluiten en afwerken van LS-kasten
  • Technische schema’s uittekenen in samenwerking met de engineeringafdeling
  • Inlezen en testen van programma’s
  • Uitvoeren van functionele testen
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte wagens

Je kijkt verder dan je eigen taak en denkt mee over verbeteringen in het montageproces en de technische kwaliteit.

Groeitraject naar leidinggevende functie

Op termijn groei je door naar een meer coördinerende en leidinggevende rol, waarbij je stapsgewijs verantwoordelijkheden opneemt zoals het aansturen en ondersteunen van deelteams en het begeleiden en coachen van collega’s, in nauwe samenwerking met de teamleader.

  • Je hebt een Master of Bachelor (met ervaring) in elektromechanica
  • Je hebt een sterke technische basis, zowel in mechanica als elektromechanica
  • Je hebt leidinggevende ambities of wil hierin groeien
  • Je werkt graag hands-on en staat tussen je collega’s op de werkvloer
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je bent niet bang om Engels en Frans te spreken
  • Je hebt affiniteit met landbouw en rollend materieel
  • Je functioneert sterk in teamverband en stimuleert samenwerking
  • Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving-
  • Je bent behulpzaam
  • Schoolverlaters met ambitie en drive zijn zeker welkom
