Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar een: Assistent Teamleider Overslag en Transport - 40 uur - Rotterdam Als Assistent Teamleider Overslag & Transport ben jij de rechterhand van de Teamleider en draag je medeverantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse operatie op ons overslagstation in Rotterdam en de Vaartuigendienst. Je stuurt een team van medewerkers aan (24,5 FTE), bewaakt de processen en zorgt voor een optimale planning en efficiënte transportstromen. Bij afwezigheid van de Teamleider neem je diens operationele taken waar. Wat bieden wij? - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling via cursussen en opleidingen; - Een bruto maandsalaris tot maximaal € 4.674,-; - Een toelage van 8,33%; - Vakantietoeslag van 8%; - Eindejaarsuitkering van 5,5%; - Reiskosten: Tijdelijk € 0,28 per kilometer vanwege de huidige brandstofprijzen. Het reguliere tarief bedraagt €0,23 per kilometer. (Maximaal 30 km enkele reis); - Deelname aan een collectieve zorgverzekering; - Een uitstekende pensioenregeling via ABP, waarbij AVR 70% van de premie betaalt. Wat ga je doen? - Toezicht houden op de correcte uitvoering van het acceptatiebeleid en het signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen; - Opstellen van werkroosters en zorgen voor optimale bezetting van de overslagstations en de Vaartuigendienst; - Organiseren en monitoren van onderhoud in samenwerking met de afdeling Onderhoud; - Plannen van transporten vanaf de overslaglocaties voor een efficiënte logistieke afhandeling; - Meedraaien in de consignatiedienst; - Werken volgens SHEQ-richtlijnen en zorgen voor een veilige, opgeruimde en schone werkomgeving voor jezelf en collega's.
