Als Assistent Teameider service zorg je ervoor dat klanten op alle mogelijke manieren geholpen worden in- en rondom het serviceplein. Maak van klanten fans als Assistent Teamleider Service Het serviceplein vind je in het hart van jouw winkel waar alle klanten worden gezien, geholpen en ‘uitgezwaaid’. Bij dit serviceplein vind je onder andere de zelfscankassa's en een servicepunt. Ook kunnen klanten hier terecht voor de borrelshop, verse bloemen of tijdschriften. Jij maakt hier het verschil door je iedere dag met veel enthousiasme in te zetten zodat elke klant met een goed gevoel de winkel weer verlaat. Je staat klanten niet alleen vriendelijk te woord, je zet ook graag een stapje extra. Je merkt op wat de behoeftes van klanten zijn, beantwoord vragen en geeft advies. Daarnaast ondersteun je je leidinggevende bij de dagdagelijkse zaken binnen de afdeling. Wat je ook doet is het: De beste service verlenen aan klanten waaronder het oplossen van klachten en retouren. Ondersteunen en coachen van je team. Samen zorg je ervoor dat klanten ten alle tijden geholpen worden op het serviceplein. Het inwerken van nieuwe collega's doe jij met enthousiasme. Enthousiasmeren en ondersteunen van klanten in het gebruik van de zelfscan en zelfservicekassa. Toezien op een juiste manier van afrekenen bij alle zelfscankassa's en steekproefcontroles uitvoeren.
