Voor een toonaangevend en warm technisch familiebedrijf zoeken wij een Assistent Technisch Beheerder die samen met een ervaren Contractbeheerder de regie pakt over complexe gebouwgebonden installaties. In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare rechterhand van de Contractbeheerder. Je zit dicht op het vuur en leert in de praktijk hoe je grote onderhoudscontracten (zowel elektrotechnisch als werktuigbouwkundig) succesvol beheert. Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden vlekkeloos verloopt, schakelt met het projectteam bij knelpunten en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en pakt ook de administratieve en facilitaire processen rondom het contract proactief op. Een perfecte, veelzijdige functie waarin je de ruimte krijgt om te groeien in zowel technisch als organisatorisch verantwoordelijk werk. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Het borgen en bewaken van de planning rondom alle preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Ondersteunen van de Contractbeheerder bij het beheer van contracten en het onderhouden van de klantrelatie; - Zelfstandig oppakken van deelprojecten en het bewaken van de gemaakte SLA-afspraken; - Meewerken aan het opstellen van technische en financiële rapportages voor de klant; - Verzorgen van het volledige administratieve proces rondom werkorders, materiaalstromen en contracten.
