Voor een ambitieuze vastgoedorganisatie in de regio Rotterdam zoeken we een Assistent Technisch Manager Vastgoed . In deze rol ondersteun je de Technisch Manager bij het technisch beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van een vastgoedportefeuille. Je bent veel bezig met onderhoud, storingen, technische vraagstukken en projecten. Je hebt contact met leveranciers, aannemers en huurders en bent regelmatig op locatie te vinden. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naar je toe te trekken. Je werkt nauw samen met de Technisch Manager en leert het vak in de praktijk. Je krijgt veel mee van onderhoudsstrategieën, technische projecten, verduurzaming, leveranciersmanagement en het beheren van een vastgoedportefeuille. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt de Technisch Manager bij het dagelijks technisch beheer van de vastgoedportefeuille. - Je coördineert onderhoud, reparaties en het oplossen van technische storingen. - Je houdt contact met aannemers, installateurs, onderhoudspartijen en andere leveranciers. - Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt deze en denkt mee over passende en kostenefficiënte oplossingen. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. - Je gaat regelmatig op locatie om de technische staat van gebouwen te beoordelen en werkzaamheden te controleren. - Je ondersteunt bij renovaties, verbouwingen, verduurzamingsprojecten en andere technische projecten. - Je helpt bij het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en budget. - ...
