Ben jij een geboren planner met een scherp oog voor detail? Heb je een passie voor transport en logistiek? Voor een toonaangevende meubelproducent met een eigen transportfirma zoeken we een gedreven transportplanner. Dankzij hun eigen vloot kunnen ze hun klanten een snelle en betrouwbare service bieden. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel interne chauffeurs als externe transporteurs en krijgt de kans om een cruciale rol te spelen in de groei van het bedrijf.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met je collega-transportplanner zorg je voor een efficiënte en foutloze transportplanning
  • CMR-documenten en loonverwerking beheer je tot in de puntjes
  • Eens de planning staat, volg je deze nauwgezet op en stuur je chauffeurs bij waar nodig
  • Je communiceert helder met chauffeurs en externe transporteurs zodat alle leveringen vlot verlopen
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans, zodat je klanten en chauffeurs correct te woord kunt staan
  • Ervaring met transportplanning en kennis van Belgische en Franse wegen
  • Stressbestendig en hands-on ingesteld, jij houdt het hoofd koel in drukke periodes
  • Planningssystemen en black box-technologie hebben geen geheimen voor jou
